Phosphate Control in Saltwater Aquariums

Phosphate control in saltwater aquariums is an important issue that can often be overlooked by saltwater aquarium owners.

High levels of phosphates in an aquarium can lead to all types of problems in an aquarium such as excess nuisance algae growth. Anything that promotes algae growth in an aquarium will eventually cause other problems due to just the problems algae growth can cause.
